Reservation Policies

• Our grace period is 15 minutes; if this time has passed and your reservation has not shown up, it will be automatically cancelled.
• Due to restaurant policy, we do not confirm table location, as it is subject to table availability at the time of your arrival.
• If you wish to make changes and/or cancel, please notify us 24 hours in advance.
• Professional cameras are not allowed (except with prior arrangement).
• Please note that food, flower arrangements, balloons and cakes are not permitted inside the restaurant.
• The maximum number of guests and table location are determined by the restaurant.
• For your comfort and safety, caps will not be allowed inside.
• This establishment operates under a responsible alcohol consumption policy.
• Reservations for 12 or more guests must be coordinated via WhatsApp +(51 949 336 551) or email (reservas@casacusquena.com).
• Corkage fee: S/50.00 per bottle of wine or sparkling wine. S/120.00 for spirits or Champagne.
